Straight from the birthplace of Tai Chi, Wudang Mountain, the content of this class will include invigorating Qigong, self – acupressure, stretching and cardio exercises based on Tai Chi principles. Designed to invigorate the body and mind, get the blood pumping, and warm up the muscles, this class will definitely get you ready for your day. Great for beginners to advanced practitioners.
